The Web of Information for Development - WIDE - is an online Web-enabled system that supports the Special Unit for South-South Cooperation (SU/SSC) in its mission to identify, promote and facilitate the transfer of information on expertise from countries of the South for development initiatives.
The UNDP-wide Integrated Expert Rosters ensure high quality of consultants with proven expertise and knowledge in areas relevant to development. A number of different Rosters have been set up to gather information on a number of selected professionals who have substantial knowledge in various areas of expertise, and who are willing to be considered for long and short term assignments around the world.
